Come for a walk around the meadows at RSPB Insh Marshes to learn top tips to identify bumblebees and help search for rare species
Join Lucy Duerdoth from the Bumblebee Conservation Trust for this free bumblebee identification workshop and survey day, hosted on RSPB Insh Marshes, part of the Cairngorms Connect partnership.
After a short refresh of bumblebee identification theory, we'll head out onto the Insh Marshes reserve to search for the scarce Broken-belted bumblebee (Bombus soroeensis) as well as adding records for common species too.
